Welcome to the Satori Grill...virtually. We have finally decided to listen to our friends and colleagues about making our talents in food available to all. For years we have catered events for people we knew and now the "grill" is ready to branch out and serve those less fortunate in finding great food.

Mary and I bring a new kind of flavor to food with creative fusions and rustic primal flavors.

The grill was our initial inspiration. But it seems our friends are clamoring for more than our char-grilled food. They request a bottle of this dressing (such as the Smoked Tea Vinaigrette), a recipe of that dessert and when the cookbook is going to be finished.  "Soon", I say.

Well now, it is going to happen and we look forward to this new adventure.

What is on the horizon? We are getting involved in a the Northern Colorado
Food Incubator,
looking to package some of our lovely foods and finish the cookbook so I can go on tour with folks like Emeril or Betty (Crocker).

We are also looking for opportunities to get good food into the schools and teach kids about the arts. So, if you see an opportunity, give us a call.
