Welcome to Satori Grill - "nirvana for your palate!" Satori means "seeking enlightenment" or reaching the state of "nirvana." Taste our food, close your eyes, meditate and say "Yum!"
Food made locally, with flavors from around the world and a taste that's out of this world!
Our heavenly specialty foods are made in Loveland, Colorado with international influences. You'll taste Southwestern chiles, exotic fruit, Mediterranean seasonings and Asian spices. What you WON'T get are MSG, artificial flavors or preservatives. Produced in small batches, everything we make is fresh and flavorful.
After catering special events for about 10 years - everything from an all-African menu for an art museum to an all-vegetarian wedding feast - we decided it was time to make our Satori Grill sauces, jams, glazes and gourmet dishes available to the public. With the debut of our retail specialty food line at the Winter Market 2009 in Fort Collins, now everyone can enjoy gourmet food at affordable prices. Foodies - make your dishes, add our sauces, and VOILA - easy gourmet meals!
